Sticky Bun Smear

Bring the butter to room temperature and then cream together with the granulated and brown sugars until you achieve a light and creamy consistency. Slowly add the honey and continue to blend thoroughly. Place in a plastic container and keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
