We use this on several dishes in the book, but you can also try sprinkling it over roast chicken next time you make one; I promise you’ll love it. You can also sprinkle it over any roast, barbecued or fried food to really enhance the flavour, or add it to flour to create a delicious crust for fried food. Don’t only use Sichuan salt and pepper when cooking Asian food either, but bring it into your Western cooking as well.
