Now that you’re making curry pastes, this is dead easy. It is, in fact, another way of preparing a curry: a dry-fried curry. You could just use a couple of tablespoons of red curry paste, and instead of blue eye, try any seafood, meat or poultry — so versatile! This is quick to cook, so it makes a great last-minute dish for your shared table.
