  • ½ cup (64 g) pine nuts, toasted in the oven for 8 minutes at 300°F (150°C) and cooled

Method

In a food processor, combine the pine nuts, garlic, and parsley; puree and add the oil.

Add the Parmesan and pulse to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
