  • About

Another perennial favorite. Vodka, lemon juice, and a bit of homemade rosemary syrup topped with club soda makes for a fun cocktail that’s not too sweet. Garnishing with a big rosemary sprig adds great aroma and visual flair.

Ingredients

  • ounces vodka
  • ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ ounce

Method

In a stainless steel or silver-plated shaker; combine the vodka, lemon juice, and rosemary syrup. Add two scoops of crushed ice. Shake with the ice and then strain into a Collins glass filled with more crushed ice. Top with 1 ounce of club soda. Add a rosemary sprig for garnish.
