Ingredients

  • Large handful of fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups

Method

Place the rosemary, sugar, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer for 5 minutes on medium-low heat. Pour through a mesh strainer and allow to cool.
