This is a perfect autumn cocktail. Whiskey, local apple cider, lemon, and spicy ginger beer. The allspice dram adds a lot of depth, with flavors of blackstrap rum and mulling spice.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • ¼ ounce allspice dram
  • ½ ounce

Method

In a shaker, combine the bourbon, allspice dram, lemon juice, and cider. Shake with ice, then pour into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with the ginger beer and garnish with an apple slice.
