Ingredients

  • 6 lamb epigrams (boned breast pieces)

Method

For the marinade, finely chop the bulb spring onions.

Combine all of the marinade ingredients together to make a smooth mixture. Cover the lamb epigrams with this mixture and chill, covered for 3 hours.

Cook over gentle heat for 20 minutes, turning the epigrams regularly and coating them regularly with marinade.
