  • 250 g (9 oz) baby calamari

Method

Clean the calamari leaving the skin intact. Separate the tubes from the tentacles. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over high heat, add the calamari tubes and cook for 1 minute, then add the tentacles and cook for another 20 seconds. Season with the lemon juice and salt. Serve immediately.
