  • 45 g ( oz) freeze-dried tomato powder (see Note)

Method

Place the tomato powder, paprika, breadcrumbs and salt in a bowl and combine.

Roll each anchovy tightly, then skewer 3 rounds onto each skewer. Roll in enough tomato powder to lightly coat. Serve immediately.
