Ingredients

  • 150 ml (5 fl oz) tomato dressing
  • 20 ml (¾ fl oz) squid ink

Method

Place the tomato dressing in a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to the boil. Continue to cook until the liquid is reduced to 100 ml ( fl oz). Stir through the squid ink. Allow to cool, then transfer to a sauce bottle.

This can be made 1 day in advance and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
