Croûtons

Ingredients

  • 150 g ( oz) sourdough bread, crusts removed
  • 30 ml (1 fl oz) olive oil

Method

Preheat the oven to 170°C (325°F/Gas 3). Dice the bread into 1 cm (½ inch) cubes and coat with the oil. Bake for 8 minutes or until crisp and golden. Set aside to cool.
