Tuna Tartare


  • 350 g (12 oz) piece of yellowfin tuna
  • 3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and freshly ground white pepper


Dice the tuna into 1 cm (½ inch) cubes. Combine with the oil and season with salt and pepper.

This can be made 1 hour in advance and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
