Ingredients

  • 50 ml ( fl oz) pouring (single) cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • sea salt flakes

Method

Whisk the cream, mustard and a pinch of salt together until very soft peaks form. Place in a piping bag fitted with a 5 mm (¼ inch) plain nozzle. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
