Ingredients

  • ½ baguette
  • 30 ml (1 fl oz) olive oil
  • sea salt flakes

Method

Preheat the oven to 160°C (315°F/Gas 2–3). Slice the baguette into thirty-six 2 mm (1/16 inch) thick slices and arrange in a single layer on baking trays. Drizzle with the oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 5 minutes or until crisp Remove from the oven and cool.
