Ingredients

  • 20 ml (⅔ fl oz) vegetable oil
  • 6 scallops, roe removed

Method

Heat the oil in a small frying pan over high heat. Sear the scallops on one side for 1 minute, then turn and sear the other side for 20 seconds. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
