Spoon the sweetcorn purée onto 6 plates. Place 3 basil balls on the plate and stand a zucchini cylinder alongside each one. Garnish with the zucchini flower petals and place small piles of soy beans around the plate. Pipe dots of the goat’s curd dressing on the plate to finish.
