Ingredients

  • 120 g ( oz) goat’s curd
  • 40 ml ( fl oz) extra virgin olive oil
  • freshly ground white pepper
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Method

Place the goat’s curd and oil in an upright blender and blend until smooth. Season with pepper and lemon juice. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a 2 mm (1/16 inch) plain nozzle and set aside.
