Place the gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes or until softened. Place the pea purée in a small saucepan over medium heat. Squeeze out the excess water from the gelatine and add the gelatine to the pan, stirring until dissolved. Pour into a container and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. This can be made up to 1 day in advance.
