Ingredients

  • 20 g ( oz) clarified butter, melted
  • 2 sheets brik pastry (see Note)

Method

Preheat oven to 170°C (325°F/Gas 3). Brush the butter over the pastry. Cut the pastry into 18 small triangles, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, cover with more paper, then place another tray on top to weight down and keep it flat.
