  • 2 g (1/16 oz) powdered wakame (see Note)

Divide the ‘gnocchi’ between 6 plates and sprinkle over the powdered wakame. Scatter around the abalone, place 2 mullet fillets on opposite sides of the plate, garnish with the dehydrated wakame and pour over the saffron sauce.
