Ingredients

  • 40 g (1½ oz) rock sugar
  • 40 ml (1¼ fl oz) oyster sauce
  • 60 ml (2 fl oz/¼ cup) soy sauce

Method

Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside and allow to cool.

This can be made 1 day in advance and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
