Ingredients

  • 150 ml (5 fl oz) veal jus
  • 20 ml (⅔ fl oz) walnut oil
  • 18 walnuts halves, roasted

Method

Heat the veal jus in a small saucepan. Add the walnut oil and walnuts. Set aside and keep warm.
