  • 20 ml ( fl oz) extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 dutch carrots, trimmed and halved widthways

Method

Heat the oil in a small frying pan over medium heat. Cook the carrots for 4 minutes or until just cooked through. Set aside and keep warm.
