Ingredients

  • 20 ml ( fl oz) olive oil
  • 100 g ( oz) black fungi, woody core removed
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

Heat a frying pan over high heat. Add the oil, then the fungi and cook for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
