Ingredients

  • 20 g ( oz) coriander seeds
  • 20 g ( oz) cumin seeds
  • 5 g ( oz) whole allspice

Method

Preheat the oven to 170°C (325°F/Gas 3). Roast the spices for 8 minutes. Grind using a spice grinder, then pass through a fine sieve.
