Ingredients

  • 50 g ( oz) desiccated coconut
  • 40 g ( oz/ cup) icing (confectioner’s) sugar
  • 30 g (1 oz) maltodextrin

Method

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse into a fine powder. This can be made 3 days in advance and stored in an airtight container.
