Ingredients: 30 ml (1 fl oz) cloudy apple juice; 2 teaspoons verjuice; 1 teaspoon Chartreuse liqueur; 1 teaspoon apple liqueur; sliced green apple, for garnish; juice of ½ lime; 1 teaspoon Calvados (see Note); 1 teaspoon brandy

Method

Place all the ingredients, except the sliced apple in a boston glass. Add 1 cup of ice cubes and shake for 10 seconds, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the apple slices.
