Carrot and Caraway Infused Vodka

• 1 × 700 ml (24 fl oz) bottle vodka
• 2 carrots
• 10

Peel and dice the carrot. Add the carrot and caraway seeds to the bottle of vodka and allow to infuse for at least 2 weeks.
