Ingredients

  • 30 ml (1 fl oz) tonic
  • 30 ml (1 fl oz) fino sherry
  • 20 ml ( fl oz) gentiane liqueur (see Note)
  • 3 teaspoons gin
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 strip of orange peel, white pith removed for garnish

Method

Place all the ingredients, except the orange peel, in a boston glass. Add 1 cup of ice cubes and stir until combined and chilled. Strain into an tumbler filled with ice cubes. Garnish with the orange peel.
