Ingredients

  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 30 ml (1 fl oz) vanilla-infused dark rum
  • 1 teaspoon orange liqueur (such as Grand Marnier)
  • 1 teaspoon apricot liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon Licor 43 (see Note)
  • juice of 1 orange

Method

Place the ingredients in a boston glass. Add 1 cup of ice cubes and shake for 10 seconds then pour into a Champagne saucer.
