  • 1 Γ— 700 ml (24 fl oz) bottle dark rum
  • 3 vanilla beans, split

Method

Place the vanilla beans in the bottle of rum and leave to infuse for at least 3 days β€” the longer you leave it, the more intense the vanilla flavour will be.
