The classic accompaniment to Bouillabaisse, this is also a great spicy mayonnaise for use almost anywhere.

Ingredients

  • 2 small dried red chiles
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, or a little mo

Method
