I like this one quite sweet, but you can eliminate the sugar entirely if you prefer. Add a little vodka if you’re in the mood.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups seeded or seedless watermelon, cut into chunks
  • ½ cup milk

Method

  1. Combine the watermelon, milk, and sugar in a blender with the ice. (If you have a small blender, work in 2 batches.) Blend until pureed but not entirely smooth.
  2. Add the lime juice and mint, along with more sugar if you like. Serve over ice, garnished with more mint.
