What’s more traditional than good, old-fashioned, pure and simple shortbread? These remind me of famed Walker’s Shortbread but better! Find the best unsalted butter to make these shine with flavor.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¼ teaspoon

Method

In a food processor, process the sugar to finely pulverize, about 10 seconds.

Using the paddle attachment, place the sugar and butter in the mixer bowl. Cream the sugar and butter together on slow speed until well blended, 2-3 minutes.
