Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened; 2 eggs; ¾ teaspoon baking soda; 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or coarsely chopped chocolate; ⅔ cup light brown sugar, firmly packed; ½ cup white chocolate chunks; 2¼ cups all-purpose flour; 1 tablespoon cream or milk; ⅜ teaspoon salt; 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract; 1 cup white sugar; 1-2 cups confectioners’ sugar; ⅔ cup cocoa (measured, then sifted)

This decadent chocolate cookie, uplifted with chunks of white chocolate is seduction at first sight. A great gift cookie or the one to serve with expresso. I recommend Callebaut pure white chocolate wafers, coarsely chopped in large hunks. For an extra glamourous look, you can roll this in confectioners’ sugar before baking.
