This decadent chocolate cookie, uplifted with chunks of white chocolate is seduction at first sight. A great gift cookie or the one to serve with expresso. I recommend Callebaut pure white chocolate wafers, coarsely chopped in large hunks. For an extra glamourous look, you can roll this in confectioners’ sugar before baking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar

Method

In a mixer bowl, blend butter with white sugar and brown sugar. Blend in the eggs and vanilla extract. If mixture seems curdled, stir in ¼ cup of the flour to bind it, mixing on slow speed 2-3 minutes.
