- Vegetable oil 4 Tbsp
- Minced beef 250 g (9 oz)</
- Combine ingredients for spice paste in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Heat the oil and sauté the spice paste until fragrant. Add the beef and sauté until it changes colour.
- Add the ladies fingers and capsicum and season with soy sauce and sugar. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender. Serve warm.
