- Combine ingredients for spice paste in a food processor and blend until smooth. Heat oil in a wok and sauté the spice paste until fragrant.
- Add the beef, dried sour fruit, palm sugar and water. Simmer until beef is tender.
- Stir in the sweet soy sauce and cook until sauce is almost dry. Garnish with sliced chilli and serve with rice.
