Ingredients
- Fermented durian 8 Tbsp
- Lemongrass 2 stalks, bruised
- Water
Method
- Combine fermented durian, lemongrass, water, dried sour fruit and pounded ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Put in the fish and cook for a further 10 minutes until fish is done. Season with salt and sugar. Serve warm with rice.
