  • Vegetable oil 2 Tbsp
  • Garlic 2 cloves, peeled and sliced
  • Ginger

Method

  • Heat oil in a wok and sauté garlic and ginger until golden brown.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to the boil.
  • Allow to simmer over low heat until sauce thickens slightly. Serve hot.
