- Garlic 2 cloves, peeled and sliced
- Ginger
Method
- Heat oil in a wok and sauté garlic and ginger until golden brown.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to the boil.
- Allow to simmer over low heat until sauce thickens slightly. Serve hot.
