Ingredients
- Pumpkin 300 g (10½ oz), peeled and cut into large chunks
- Coconut milk 500
Method
- Put the pounded ingredients, pumpkin and coconut milk into a pot. Bring to the boil and simmer until the pumpkin is soft.
- Add the turmeric leaf and prawns and cook for a further 3 minutes.
- Season with sugar and salt. Garnish as desired and serve warm with rice.
