Method
- Heat ghee in a saucepan and stir-fry the shallots, garlic, pandan leaves, cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, cloves and almonds until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken stock and evaporated milk. Add the rice and rose water and boil until rice is cooked.
