- Garlic 2 cloves, peeled and minced

- Heat oil in a wok and fry the garlic until golden brown.
- Add the chilli paste and fry until fragrant.
- Add dark soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir through. Then add the prawns, cockles (if using) and noodles and stir-fry for a few minutes.
