  • Heat oil in a wok and fry the garlic until golden brown.
  • Add the chilli paste and fry until fragrant.
  • Add dark soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir through. Then add the prawns, cockles (if using) and noodles and stir-fry for a few minutes.
