This soup is blended in a liquidizer. If you have the vegetable stock to make this soup with, so much the better; if not, water will substitute. Pureed soups are easy providing you own a liquidizer or food processor - these are genuine labour-saving devices, an improvement on pushing hot, cooked vegetables through a sieve.
