Among the most popular cheeses these days are the herb-and-garlic or pepper-flavored cream cheeses that originated in France. Our version of the herbed variety is made with our Cream Cheese, which is smooth and firm but spreads sleekly. The flavoring is relatively quiet for this style of cheese, with only a whisper of garlic.
