  • cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter

Method

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. Separate the eggs, putting the whites into a small bowl and the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  3. With a rotary beater or a whisk, beat the whites until they form firm peaks. With the same beater beat the yolks until they are well mixed, then beat in the milk and the melted butter.
