  • 3 pounds Concord grapes, ripe but not overripe
  • 3 cups sugar

Method

  1. Wash the grapes, still in their bunches, in a colander and drain them, then remove from their stems and measure. You should have 2 quarts, which will yield about 4 cups of juice.
