An old-fashioned method for obtaining a great deal of juice from few grapes, with no work involved aside from the final processing. The result is a delicate, light grape juice. If by good fortune wild grapes grow nearby and you find that they are a full-flavored kind, you can use them instead of the cultivated Concords.
