Many of us did not lose our love for graham crackers upon leaving kindergarten. Although some really good graham crackers are still to be found in the stores, we have noticed with regret the disappearance of honey from the ingredient list on most boxes. We like honey grahams, and we like crackers (cookies?) with a grainy texture and a full wheat-rye flavor.
