  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly (a whisk works well).
  2. Divide into 1-cup batches in 4 plastic bags. If you have any mix left after dividing it (the exact yield depends on how much air has been whisked in), divide it among the bags. Store, tightly closed, at room temperature. The mix will keep for months if the bags are kept in a covered container.
